Return & Exchange Policy
At destnyy, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair exchange process.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The item must not be damaged by the customer
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Return Timeframe
- You must request an exchange within [7-10 days] of receiving your order
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted

Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
- Eligible items can only be exchanged for:
- A different size, or
- Another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer)
- A flat exchange fee of ₹100 will be charged per exchange request
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
Once verified:
- We will arrange a free replacement or exchange
- ₹100 exchange fee will be charged in such cases
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)
- Worn, washed, or used products
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- The ₹100 exchange fee is additional to any shipping charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
