Return & Exchange Policy

At destnyy, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair exchange process.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
The item must not be damaged by the customer
Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Return Timeframe

You must request an exchange within [7-10 days] of receiving your order
Requests made after this period may not be accepted

Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
Eligible items can only be exchanged for:
- A different size, or
- Another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer)
A flat exchange fee of ₹100 will be charged per exchange request

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Share clear photos/videos of the issue

Once verified:

We will arrange a free replacement or exchange
₹100 exchange fee will be charged in such cases

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)
Worn, washed, or used products
Products without original tags/packaging
Custom or personalized items (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
The ₹100 exchange fee is additional to any shipping charges
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
