Return & Exchange Policy

At destnyy, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair exchange process.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must not be damaged by the customer
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Return Timeframe

  • You must request an exchange within [7-10 days] of receiving your order
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
  • Eligible items can only be exchanged for:
    • A different size, or
    • Another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer)
  • A flat exchange fee of ₹100 will be charged per exchange request

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Once verified:

  • We will arrange a free replacement or exchange
  • ₹100 exchange fee will be charged in such cases

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)
  • Worn, washed, or used products
  • Products without original tags/packaging
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • The ₹100 exchange fee is additional to any shipping charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
